At Babyhug, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure it meets our return quality standards.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package and provide a pickup acknowledgement.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
